Shipping envelopes that are plastic and have bubble wrap inside of them cannot be placed in the curbside recycling cart. They must be put in the curbside trash cart. You can also drop them off at a store that collects plastic bags for recycling. Find a plastic bag drop-off location or learn more about plastic shipping envelopes.
